As part of the Organizational Leadership Program (OLP) by Advisors, we are introducing six specialized CxO roles, each designed to build strategic leadership capabilities aligned with global standards.
Each role is accredited by APMG International and follows a structured certification pathway.
To earn a CxO Role certification, participants must:
- Complete 3 core workshops (mandatory)
- Select and complete 2 elective workshops
- Successfully pass a 45–60 minute assessment interview conducted by APMG
Upon successful completion of these requirements, participants become eligible to receive an official certification and digital badge issued by APMG, validating their expertise and leadership readiness within their selected role.
