Cancellation & Refund Policy

Madinah Institute for Leadership and Entrepreneurship, hereinafter referred to as MILE, does not discriminate against any person based on race, color, gender, religion, age, national or ethnic origin, political beliefs, or disability in admission to, access to, or participation in its programs and activities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All notifications of cancellation must be submitted in writing to: inquiries@mile.org.

Due to the costs incurred for program preparation, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:

• More than 30 days notice: 75% refund
• 14 to 30 days notice: 50% refund
• Less than 14 days notice: 25% refund
• 7 days or less: No refund

Substitution & Transfer

MILE allows participant substitution at no additional cost. You may nominate a replacement attendee at any time prior to the program.

Alternatively, your paid amount may be transferred to a future course. Please note that any difference in course fees will be applied and must be settled upon confirmation of the new course registration.
