Workshop Structure
Day 1: Operational Excellence Overview
- Day
1 will align participants around a shared definition of Operational
Excellence (OpEx) and introduce key concepts that empower them to
observe and articulate progress using straightforward terms applicable
to any operating environment. This foundational module sets the stage
for deeper exploration in Days 2.

This session begins a focused look at deploying OpEx in varied settings and examines how environmental factors influence the tools and approaches used.
