CP3P is a globally recognized certification pathway for professionals working with Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs). It builds a common understanding of international PPP good practice and supports professionals across the full PPP project lifecycle.
The 2026 PPP Certification Guide - Version 2 refreshes the body of knowledge with updated global practice and stronger integration of climate resilience, sustainability, gender and social considerations, Value for Money, and contract management.
Certify your ability to
- Understand PPP concepts, structures and project-finance principles.
- Establish and assess PPP frameworks and institutional arrangements.
- Identify, screen and appraise projects for PPP suitability.
- Support risk allocation, procurement strategy and contract structuring.
- Assess Value for Money (VfM) throughout the PPP lifecycle.
- Manage PPP procurement, award and post-financial-close contract delivery.

Target Audience
Public-sector officials, infrastructure and project professionals, advisors, consultants, legal and financial specialists, and private-sector professionals involved in PPPs. Prior PPP experience is helpful but not required for entry to Foundation.
