OLP CxO Roles
As part of the Organizational Leadership Program (OLP) by Advisors, we are introducing Five specialized CxO (Chief Executive Officer) roles, each designed to build strategic leadership capabilities aligned with global standards.
Each role is accredited by APMG International and follows a structured certification pathway.
To earn a CxO Role certification, participants must:
- Complete 3 core workshops (mandatory) - 2 days each course
- Select and complete 2 elective workshops - 2 days each course
- Successfully pass a 60 minute assessment interview conducted by APMG
Upon successful completion of these requirements, participants become eligible to receive an official certification and digital badge issued by APMG, validating their expertise and leadership readiness within their selected role.
