The Learning Organization: An Executive Lens Course
(2-day workshop) – Explores how executive
leaders can foster a culture of continuous improvement, institutional learning,
and strategic resilience. Participants learn how to build organizations that
only "pay once for a mistake" and develop environments that withstand turnover
pressures. Execuitves will have gain the perspective on how to shift from
static repositories to dynamic knowledge systems, where knowledge continuously
evolves through usage, feedback, and real-time inputs. Using real-world
examples, participants identify systemic enablers for knowledge capture,
transfer, and learning sustainability.
