After graduating from the University of Brussels, Stijn joined Cubiks, an international HR Consultancy firm.
Moving from the operational work into account management, he soon started managing global accounts
such as DHL, Xerox and Goodyear.
After 7,5 years with Cubiks, Stijn joined Goodyear where he now heads up Talent Management for EMEA.
Stijn is a regular guest speaker at the University of Antwerp.

With more than 10 years of experience in the HR industry, Tom joined Cubiks in 2008. With his previous professional experiences including IBM covering a wide range of HR projects and responsibilities and as practice leader for an Executive Search company, specialized in the ICT Industry, he brought to Cubiks expertise not only in consultancy roles, as well as operational roles.
For the past 4 years, in his role as management consultant, he has led the Services Team in Belgium ?focusing on international accounts with large assessment and development challenges; including individual and team coaching.
